Website Manager (Adobe AEM Migration)

Milwaukee Competitive Permanent

At Hirobe, we live and breathe the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. We connect top-tier Adobe talent with leading organizations that want to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Right now, one of our premier enterprise clients is embarking on a massive global initiative to transform their digital presence. They are looking for a Website Manager to drive and manage the re-platforming of their global websites from various legacy CMS setups onto Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

If you want to own the strategy and execution for a world-class online experience supporting customers across a dozen global regions, this is the challenge you’ve been looking for.

The Vibe

This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving global role. You will sit right at the center of a major digital transformation, working hand-in-hand with regional digital marketing teams, internal IT squads, and external vendors. Because this is a true global initiative spanning multiple time zones, you'll need the flexibility to connect and run workshops with teams across Europe and Asia. It’s an autonomous, high-impact position where your expertise will directly shape how millions of customers interact with the brand.

What You’ll Do

You will be the primary engine driving the website migration roadmap. Your ultimate goal is to move legacy sites onto AEM CMS and DAM while establishing a consistent online experience across every single market.

  • Lead the Migration: Collaborate with regional teams to audit their current website functionality, scoping out requirements to build detailed migration plans, timelines, and resource models.

  • Be the AEM Expert: Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for maximizing the capabilities of Adobe AEM CMS and DAM.

  • Standardize Content Architecture: Drive global alignment on website content architecture, ensuring the adoption of a common taxonomy and meta tag schema.

  • Manage the Agile Backlog: Facilitate and drive the setup of website migration project plans in Azure DevOps (ADO), breaking down the roadmap into clear epics, features, and user stories.

  • Guide Key Integrations: Oversee connections between source systems, including setting up regional, multi-lingual product catalogs in Informatica PIM P360, building web forms via Adobe Forms, and configuring Adobe Analytics.

  • Protect Performance & SEO: Ensure global SEO best practices are baked into the core of the build process from day one.

  • Keep Stakeholders Aligned: Organize and facilitate discussions across regional marketing, IT, and vendor teams, providing regular progress report-outs against strategy, roadmap, and KPIs.

What You Bring

You have a foundational understanding of core business objectives and digital channels, paired with deep knowledge of what AEM can actually do. You’re great at taking complex, fragmented regional requirements and turning them into a structured, unified plan.

  • CMS Migration Experience: A proven track record of managing and executing website re-platforming projects from legacy CMS platforms onto Adobe AEM (Sites & DAM).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience working across distributed international teams, IT organizations, and external vendors.

  • Technical Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating AEM with broader MarTech tools, specifically Informatica PIM, Adobe Forms, and Adobe Analytics.

  • Agile Rigor: Comfort utilizing project management systems like ADO to map out migration workflows.

  • Global Mindset: The flexibility and readiness to host meetings that comfortably accommodate European and Asian working hours when needed.

What’s in it for You?

  • Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage

  • 401K plan with company matching

  • Generous PTO & Paid Company Holidays

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • A highly visible, strategic role leading a landmark global digital transformation.
