Milwaukee - Hybrid Competitive Contract
Are you an Adobe Experience Manager enthusiast who loves the puzzle of a global migration? We’re currently working with a global leader that is embarking on a massive initiative to re-platform their entire digital footprint onto AEM Sites and DAM.
This isn't just about moving copy from point A to point B. It’s about building a unified, high-performing brand presence from the ground up. We need someone who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution—someone who can sketch a wireframe in the morning and author a personalized page in AEM by the afternoon.
You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration over bureaucracy. You’ll work closely with global headquarters and regional teams (spanning Europe and Asia) to ensure their digital presence is consistent, localized, and optimized. If you enjoy "owning" the content calendar and acting as the go-to expert for all things AEM, you’ll fit right in.
The Architect: You’ll drive the migration of global websites into AEM, defining the information architecture, taxonomy, and meta-tagging schemas.
The Creator: You'll build low-fi wireframes and templates to guide copywriters, ensuring everyone knows exactly how to leverage AEM components.
The Personalizer: Using Adobe Target, you’ll identify opportunities for A/B testing and personalization to make sure the right message hits the right audience.
The Collaborator: You’ll be the glue between IT, regional marketing, and creative teams, ushering content from a "cool idea" to a published page.
The Analyst: You’ll keep a close eye on Adobe Analytics and SEO performance to ensure the content isn't just live, but actually working.
AEM Specialist: You have a solid foundational knowledge of AEM Sites and DAM. You know how to author pages and manage assets like a pro.
Strategy Meets Execution: You can develop a digital content strategy but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the CMS.
Adobe Suite Savvy: Experience with Adobe Target (for personalization) and Adobe Analytics (for tracking KPIs) is a huge plus.
Global Mindset: You’re comfortable working across different time zones and cultures to get the job done.
On-Site Presence: This role requires a bit of face time! You’ll need to be in the office 2-3 days a week (options available in both Milwaukee and Chicago).
We live and breathe the Adobe Experience Cloud. As an Adobe Bronze Partner, we don't just "fill jobs"—we understand the tech, the projects, and the people behind them. We’re here to make sure this is the right move for your career, not just your CV.
