About the Role

We are seeking a Web Analytics Analyst to join the team at an established Adobe Solutions Partner. In this role, you will support an enterprise client with a large website footprint and a business-to-business (B2B) marketing focus. Working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional delivery team alongside a Project Manager, an AEP Launch/WebSDK/Analytics Architect, and a Web Analytics Developer , you will translate complex business requirements into practical measurement plans, accurate reporting, and actionable insights.  

This role requires regular collaboration across IT, engineering, marketing, performance, and product teams to optimize marketing effectiveness, website performance, and the customer journey.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Measurement & Frameworks: Translate B2B marketing goals into practical measurement plans across multiple web properties, campaigns, content experiences, and conversion paths.  

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with client engineering, product, marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and support tracking implementation.  

  • CJA Management: Build, maintain, and optimize reporting within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including segments, calculated metrics, visualizations, dashboards, and workspace projects.  

  • Data Validation: Validate CJA data views, connections, derived fields, attribution settings, and cross-channel datasets to ensure accurate, business-ready reporting.  

  • Insights & Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis into customer behavior, campaign performance, content engagement, funnel conversion, lead generation, and cross-channel journeys to identify trends and optimization opportunities.  

  • Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot common data layer, tag firing, variable mapping, event, dimension, and data collection issues, escalating complex implementation bugs when appropriate.  

  • Tag Management: Work within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Collection / Adobe Launch to review, update, and QA tag configurations, rules, data elements, extensions, and deployment workflows.  

  • Reporting & Documentation: Present insights and dashboards to stakeholders in a clear, business-focused manner , while documenting analytics requirements, tagging specifications, QA results, and measurement standards.  

  • Data Governance: Perform ongoing data quality checks to identify tracking gaps or reporting inconsistencies and apply web analytics best practices for data accuracy and privacy-conscious measurement.  

Required Skillsets

  • Experience: Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related role.  

  • Analytics Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core analytics concepts including events, dimensions, metrics, sessions, visitors, attribution, segmentation, funnels, and conversion analysis.  

  • Adobe CJA Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including data views, connections, custom segments, calculated metrics, derived fields, and workspace visualizations.  

  • Adobe Analytics Knowledge: Hands-on experience with legacy Adobe Analytics, including Analysis Workspace, eVars, props, success events, classifications, processing rules, and report suite concepts.  

  • Cross-Platform QA: Ability to compare Adobe Analytics reporting against CJA outputs and troubleshoot differences in counts, definitions, attribution, or segments.  

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read/interpret data layer structures and understand how they map to variables and reporting outputs.  

  • AEP & Launch: Working knowledge of AEP Data Collection / Adobe Launch (rule logic, data elements, extensions, environments, publishing workflows, and QA practices).  

  • Tagging & Tools: Familiarity with tag management concepts, client-side data flows, browser debugging tools, network requests, and analytics validation techniques.  

  • Communication & Delivery: Strong communication skills to explain complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders , translate business questions into requirements , and work independently in fast-moving client service environments.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise-scale, multi-site, or global web ecosystems.  

  • Experience supporting analytics within technology, software, SaaS, cloud, or B2B sectors.  

  • Familiarity with foundational Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts like datasets, schemas, identities, data governance, and activation workflows.  

  • Prior exposure to customer journey analysis, account-based marketing (ABM) measurement, or marketing funnel optimization.  

  • Experience documenting solution design references (SDRs), measurement plans, and QA test cases.  

  • Familiarity with consent management platforms and privacy-conscious measurement practices.
