Senior Marketo Engineer

We are currently partnering with a dynamic organization looking for a Senior Marketo Engineer to act as the architect and executor of their automation ecosystem. If you’re the type of person who views Marketo as an art form and data flows as a masterpiece, we should talk.

The Mission

This isn't just about sending emails. You will be the technical heartbeat of the Marketo instance, ensuring every program, nurture stream, and integration is humming perfectly. You’ll be the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Build: Crafting high-quality emails, fragments, forms, and complex nurture streams that actually convert.

• The Architecture: Owning the hands-on configuration of programs, smart lists, and lead lifecycle management.

• The Connection: Designing and maintaining the "connective tissue" between Marketo and the rest of the stack (think AEP/RTCDP, Salesforce, and Analytics).

• The Logic: Troubleshooting data flows and field mappings to ensure the right data gets to the right place at the right time.

• The Standards: Acting as the guardian of the platform—maintaining governance, naming conventions, and operational best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

• Deep Marketo Mastery: You’ve spent significant time "in the weeds" of Marketo and know exactly how to scale an instance.

• Integration Savvy: You understand how Marketo talks to CRMs (like Salesforce) and broader data platforms like Adobe Experience Platform.

• A Precision Mindset: You’re obsessed with clean data, platform health, and building things that don’t break.

• The "Pro" Factor: You don't just follow instructions; you suggest better ways to build, automate, and optimize.
