Sales Lead – Adobe Workfront & Content Supply Chain

We are representing a dynamic, expert-led Adobe Partner and digital transformation consultancy that is currently disrupting the Content Supply Chain space. They are looking for a foundational Sales Lead to step in, own the commercial strategy, and help build a world-class sales function from the ground up.

The Opportunity: Beyond the "Standard" Sales Role

This isn't just about hitting a quota (though you’ll do plenty of that); it’s about moving from executing a strategy to defining it. As a key player in this fast-growing startup, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge Adobe solutions—like Workfront, AEM, and GenStudio—and the enterprise brands that need them most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Defining the Blueprint: You won’t just follow a process; you’ll design the end-to-end sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients.

  • Hunting & Closing: You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from cold-start prospecting to high-level closing, consistently exceeding targets.

  • Adobe Alliance Building: You’ll be the face of the partner within Adobe, forging deep relationships with Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud sales teams to drive co-selling wins.

  • Acting as a Trusted Advisor: You’ll articulate the business value of integrated solutions across the Content Supply Chain, helping clients see the "big picture" of digital transformation.

  • Building for the Future: As the first pillar of the commercial team, you’ll have the opportunity to define messaging, collateral, and eventually build and lead your own sales team.

Who You Are

  • An Adobe Ecosystem Expert: You have a proven track record of selling services or licenses within the Adobe Content Supply Chain.

  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You’re energized by a startup environment. You don't need a massive marketing machine behind you to find opportunities—you know how to build a pipeline from scratch.

  • Deep Domain Knowledge: You know your way around Adobe Workfront, AEM, GenStudio, or AJO. If you’re a Workfront specialist, you’re already at the top of our list.

  • A High Performer: You have a history of smashing multi-million-dollar quotas in complex, solution-selling environments.

  • The Connector: You have an established network within the enterprise marketing and technology space and know how to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
