This isn’t about just "checking boxes"; it’s about leading enterprise-level clients through the full lifecycle of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations. You’ll be the bridge between complex business needs and elegant technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the Strategy: Act as the lead DAM expert for major enterprise projects, defining how metadata and taxonomy should live within AEM.

• Guiding the Journey: Collaborate with business partners to develop a long-term vision for their digital assets, ensuring successful governance and system adoption.

• Connecting the Dots: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and product owners to ensure assets are migrated accurately and integrated seamlessly.

• Mentoring: Share your wisdom. You’ll guide newer team members and contribute to the broader Adobe community by sharing best practices.

• Problem Solving: Analyze complex project gaps and present clear, recommended solutions to high-level stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: 5–10 years in Web/ECMS technologies, with at least 3 years in a direct client-facing consulting role.

• The Expertise: You’ve previously held roles like DAM Strategist, Content Librarian, or Product Owner. You understand the nuances of Library Science.

• The Tech Stack: Solid understanding of Cloud Services, APIs, and SaaS. You’re comfortable navigating Jira and Confluence within an Agile Scrum environment.

• The "Soft" Skills: You’re a superb communicator who can talk tech with engineers and strategy with executives.

• Bonus Points: If you hold an AEM Business Practitioner certification or have a background in development/testing, we definitely want to chat.
