Analytics Specialist

We are currently looking for an Analytics Specialist to take the reins of a sophisticated enterprise ecosystem. This isn’t a "sit back and watch" role—it’s a chance to drive technical direction across Adobe Analytics, AEP, and Target.

You’ll be the go-to expert for measurement strategy and tagging governance. Think of yourself as the architect and the guardian of data: you’ll ensure that every click, conversion, and customer journey is tracked accurately, aligned within AEP schemas, and ready for high-impact personalization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the Strategy: Defining enterprise measurement standards and KPI frameworks that actually make sense for the business.

• AEP Mastermind: Guiding schema structure, identity resolution, and profile stitching. You’ll make sure the data flowing into the Adobe Experience Platform is clean, compliant, and stable.

• Experimentation Hero: Leading the configuration in Adobe Target. You’ll validate tracking integrity and support the logic behind personalization that actually converts.

• Insight Reliability: It’s not just about data; it’s about what the data says. You’ll build executive dashboards and ensure that when leadership looks at the numbers, they can trust them 100%.

What We’re Looking For

• The Adobe Trifecta: Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics, AEP, and Target.

• Experience: You’ve spent at least 5 years in the enterprise analytics or digital measurement space.

• Technical Chops: You know your way around data layers, event architecture, and identity resolution like the back of your hand.

• Governance Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" of QA and the discipline of maintaining high data standards.

• Education: A degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but your real-world Adobe experience is what truly matters.
