AJO & Automation Specialist

We are currently looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist who lives and breathes Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This isn't just about sending newsletters; it's about leading the execution of a high-performance notifications engine.

The Role

You’ll be the hands-on expert responsible for the end-to-end management of lifecycle channels within AJO and AEP. From setting up complex journey configurations to fine-tuning segmentation logic, you’ll ensure that every automated touchpoint is stable, compliant, and high-impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Journey Orchestration: You’ll build and configure trigger-based journeys, dynamic email templates, and decision logic that guides customers through the funnel.

• AEP Audience Building: Creating and validating audiences within the Adobe Experience Platform to ensure the right message hits the right person at the right time.

• Engine Maintenance: Keeping the "Notifications Engine" running smoothly by managing suppression, consent controls, and CRM routing.

• Deployment & QA: You’re the final line of defense. You’ll handle launch readiness, link tracking validation, and monitor delivery/bounce rates to ensure everything is landing exactly where it should.

• Performance Optimization: Monitoring open/click trends and supporting A/B testing to squeeze every bit of performance out of the lifecycle programs.

Your Toolkit

• Experience: 3–5+ years in email marketing and automation, with significant hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer experience.

• AEP Knowledge: You’re comfortable with AEP segmentation and triggered workflows.

• Technical Precision: You understand suppression/consent enforcement and CRM field mapping.

• Methodical Approach: You actually enjoy the QA process and take pride in "Launch Accuracy."

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is great, but your ability to navigate AJO is what we’re really looking for.
