You’ll be the "AEM Oracle" for the team—mentoring developers, refining architecture, and ensuring everything from SEO to security is top-notch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architectural Mastery: Leading the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AEM solutions (Sites, Assets, and Forms).

• Technical Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of 10+ AEM developers and QA engineers. You’ll be the one setting the standards for code quality and CI/CD pipelines.

• Front-End Integration: Staying hands-on with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue) to ensure designs from Figma are translated into pixel-perfect AEM components.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with Marketing, UX/UI, and Product teams to turn high-level strategies into actionable technical plans.

• Optimization: Leveraging Adobe Analytics and A/B testing to constantly improve user engagement and operational efficiency.

• Innovation: Embracing AI workflows and creating new agents within the environment to stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: 8+ years in web development, with at least 5+ years deep in the AEM ecosystem (OSGi, Sightly/HTL, JCR, and Dispatcher).

• The Expertise: You’ve architected large-scale, content-rich solutions and have a solid handle on Java/J2EE.

• The Leadership: You’ve managed technical teams before and know how to foster growth while keeping productivity high.

• The Knowledge: You understand the "why" behind the "how"—including SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and digital marketing personalization.

• The Communication: You can explain complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
