We are currently seeking an AEM Assets Developer to join a high-performing Adobe Professional Services team. If you enjoy the intersection of back-end architecture and front-end delivery within the DAM space, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

This isn't your average dev job. You’ll be working on complex, multi-technology projects, helping enterprise clients customize and optimize their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets environment. You’ll be the person making the "Digital Asset Management" magic happen under the hood, ensuring integrations are seamless and the infrastructure is rock-solid.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building & Customizing: Developing high-quality code and customized features within the AEM Assets framework to meet specific client needs.

• Integrating Systems: Interfacing AEM with existing IT infrastructure and complementary Adobe enterprise solutions.

• Solving Puzzles: Troubleshooting complex technical issues and identifying gaps in the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating: Working in an Agile environment alongside DAM Strategists, Project Managers, and Architects to bring a client’s vision to life.

• Innovating: Staying at the forefront of AEM features (like Asset Compute, Cloud Service transitions, and Workfront integrations) to deliver modern solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

• AEM Muscle: Proven experience developing specifically within AEM Assets (not just Sites!).

• The Technical Core: Strong proficiency in Java, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and JCR.

• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or migrating legacy setups to the cloud is a huge plus.

• API Savvy: You’re comfortable working with productized APIs, SaaS, and SOA.

• Team Player Mentality: You enjoy the Agile Scrum process and thrive in a multi-functional team environment.

• Communication: You can explain technical "why" to non-technical stakeholders without losing them in the weeds.
