As Data Architect you’ll be supporting our UK client base to create and develop technical and data concepts across Adobe’s data science platform, AEP. Far from being a lone wolf, you’ll be surrounded by experienced, motivated individuals just like yourself with solid backgrounds in their chosen specialism.

Backed by one of the largest multi-national tech powerhouses in the world, you’ll join a growing Adobe partner that is part of a larger network of specialist teams and are currently scaling their UK operation.


What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll develop and present the technical and data concepts with your project team to the client. Creating detailed concepts for implementation and any relevant implementation models.
  • You’ll be responsible for leading the creation of any data and machine learning models for production use.
  • You’ll support the client to ensure the data is managed and provide guidance on how to process the data effectively.
  • You’ll work with the product owner and the client on backlog topics, acceptance criteria and user stories.
  • You’ll be the first contact for critical technical questions and support them hands-on if necessary.
  • You’ll facilitate workshops for technical topics with your project team and/or the client team.
  • You’ll observe how we can improve our developing processes using innovative methods or new technologies.
  • For the preparation of offers you’ll support the New Business team in presales activities.

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll have previous industry experience.
  • You’ll have previously studied Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a comparable course, to Masters level or higher; alternatively relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python/R, PostgreSQL, Jupyter-lab, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, Matplot, TensorFlow/Pytorch, Postman.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts such as Classification, regression and clustering.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketing Platform (AEM/Campaign/Target/Analytics), NoSQL databases, Data lakes, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Experience building sophisticated machine learning algorithms for use in Marketing Platforms. Knowledge of Real-Time Personalisation, Recommendation systems, Journey Orchestration or data optimisation would be advantageous.
  • Agile project management frameworks like SCRUM aren’t new to you.
  • You‘ll need to have very good English language skills.
