Right now, one of our premier clients—a powerhouse Growth Invention company working with global brands like Google and OpenAI—is looking for an Adobe Business Consultant Analyst to join their team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the vital bridge between ambitious marketing ideas and actual technical execution. When a client says, "We want real-time omnichannel personalization," you’re the one who steps in to map out exactly how the ecosystem needs to be configured to make it happen.  

  • Lead the Strategy: Run workshops with stakeholders to extract and refine high-impact business use cases.  

  • Design the Blueprint: Write the comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Solution Design References (SDRs) that developers can actually build from.  

  • Map the Data & Journeys: Translate complex requirements into detailed Jira stories. You’ll design end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), mapping out triggers, data payloads, and orchestration logic.  

  • Align the Tech: Team up with implementation crews to ensure the Web SDK data layer is capturing exactly what's needed for real-time activation.  

  • Keep it Real: Define and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to make sure data flowing into AEP behaves exactly like it’s supposed to.  

What You Bring

You don’t just document things—you understand how data flows. You speak fluent "Adobe BA" and can easily explain why a loyalty level belongs in a Profile schema while a purchase belongs in an Event schema.  

  • Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant specifically focused within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.  

  • Platform Mastery: A deep understanding of the Adobe "Data Lifecycle"—from Web SDK ingestion to AEP/RTCDP modeling and AJO activation.  

  • Technical Literacy: You know your way around XDM Schemas, Identity Resolution (ECID, Email, CRM ID), and complex Boolean segment logic.  

  • Journey Logic: Ability to design and document complex "Wait" steps, "Split" paths, and decisioning logic within AJO.  

  • Visual Flair: You love using tools like Lucidchart or Miro to turn intricate data flows into clear visual maps.  

  • Agile Mindset: Expert at writing crisp technical User Stories and keeping backlogs organized.
